Amie Meyer
Great property styling is about more than beautiful furniture — it's a strategic marketing tool designed to unlock a listing's maximum financial potential. Amie brings a uniquely powerful blend of high-end design instincts and decades of sharp business insight to the real estate industry.
Her career spans corporate banking operations, estate planning, and insurance marketing. A proven entrepreneur, she has built and led sales teams of over 100 leaders, while her role as a brand partner with a premier Canadian clothing company keeps her constantly aligned with modern luxury trends.
Amie's creative roots began in the service and hair styling industries, instilling a lifelong passion for visual transformations and client care. But perhaps her most impressive management feat is raising her three boys — a role that has made her an absolute master of logistics, patience, and organization.
Today, she bridges the gap between beauty and business — collaborating closely with realtors to transform properties into high-value, market-ready spaces that captivate buyers and sell faster.

Karen has always been drawn to the way a room feels — the balance of it, the rhythm, the quiet satisfaction of everything in its right place. Her path into interior design began not in a classroom, but at her husband's real estate listing appointments, where she found herself naturally stepping in to offer ideas and solutions. That spark never left her.

Over more than a decade, Karen's creative journey wound through event planning, balloon décor, corporate gift design, and event coordination — each chapter sharpening her eye and deepening her instinct for beauty with purpose. It all led her to home styling: the place where her love of design, her passion for people, and her talent for transformation finally came together.
Today at MM Studio, Karen brings that same instinct to every home she touches. No starting from scratch. No overwhelming overhauls. Just a thoughtful, practiced eye — and the rare ability to turn what's already there into something buyers can't help but fall for.
Outside of work? You'll find her doing exactly what she loves most: rearranging furniture and making any space she's in feel a little more like home.
